These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Win Rupes ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at winrupes.org, the Win Rupes mobile application and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

To register and use Win Rupes you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
Win Rupes reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Accounts that fail verification checks will be suspended pending further review, and deposits may be withheld during that process.
Each player is permitted to hold a single Win Rupes account. Opening duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address – is a violation of these Terms. Win Rupes uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be voided. Genuine deposits will be returned after a standard review period.
You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth and preferred PKR payment method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. Win Rupes communicates important account and transaction information via your registered contact details, and we cannot be held responsible for missed communications if your details are out of date.
Your account credentials – including your password and any two-factor authentication codes – are confidential. You must not share them with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Win Rupes support immediately. We will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
Win Rupes accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. We do not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers or payments through third parties.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Win Rupes does not control the processing time of your bank or mobile wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable period, contact support with the transaction reference.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete identity verification by providing a valid government-issued ID. This is a one-time process. Withdrawals requested after identity verification is complete are processed promptly. Win Rupes does not withhold player winnings beyond the standard processing window.
Withdrawals will be declined or held if: your account has not completed identity verification; your account is under review for suspicious activity; bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or the withdrawal request conflicts with these Terms in any way.
Win Rupes will never request payment to process a withdrawal. If you receive any such request from someone claiming to represent Win Rupes, please report it to support immediately.

The Win Rupes sportsbook covers Cricket – including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series – as well as Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during system outages or where odds have clearly been published in error are void. Win Rupes reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds before results are settled.
In-play or live betting markets are available on selected Cricket and Football events. Odds during live betting update in real time and acceptance of any in-play bet is subject to those live odds at the moment of confirmation. There may be brief delays in live bet acceptance during high-traffic periods such as PSL final nights or T20 World Cup matches.
Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of Cricket, this means results as officially confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC). Where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs or declared a no-result, individual market settlement rules apply as described in the sportsbook rules section.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook for each market. Bets that exceed maximum limits will be accepted up to the maximum payout value; the excess stake will be returned to your account balance.

Win Rupes reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where a player has violated these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, Win Rupes may withhold balances pending investigation.
Win Rupes may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, payment options, game offering or applicable requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered contact details.
